I can only imagine what kitteh was actually doing in that pic. Looks like he was slipping and falling. ---- "Be excellent to each other." Dax IX (Music) | Ambient Online Cubase 7, A Few VSTi, Win8 Pro 64, AMD FX-6100, 32GB RAM, 3.25TB total HDD, SSD |

a sad day for all mice in a 3 mile radius: my wounded cat is now officially cured! went to the vet to have the stitches removed, but kitty had fixed most of that herself already |

thanks 4lb kitty, trimph1 and paterpeter. kitty is doing great, spending most of the time outside. i guess being locked in really got to her, it's like she's trying to catch up on her outdoors activities.
meanwhile in Munich: Missing ginger cat Poldi going home after 15-year absence |

A quick introduction for a *stray* ginger tom who's made his home in my shed and was regularly found sat on a wheelie bin waiting for any scraps of food my lot left from brekkie
I wouldn't see him again after that so thought he'd just gone home, but after the best part of 2 weeks of him returning to the shed very at night, I decided to put a paper collar on him with my phone # hoping his owners would ring
They didn't, but after a couple of days a woman living on the next road phoned thinking he was mine and I was just wanting to know where he kept disappearing to. Seemingly she was feeding him pretty regularly so with that and a nice warm box in my shed meant he was happy enough. I tried a cat found ad at the pet stall on my local market, posters elsewhere were pointless as the paper collar hadn't been seen by his owners so he clearly wasn't going home at all, if it was local. In the end I took him to my vets to get checked out for a chip, tho' as he wasn't neutered I thought this highly unlikely and I was right.
After discussing the options with my vet it was decided that neutering and then letting him just carry on with his life as it is was the best way to go, so I paid for that. They also treated him for fleas and worms as well as dematting him (all free of charge ---- RIP Black Tom and Beckett. They weren't just cats, they were MY cats, the best cats ever. |
