Hi everyone,

I've just finished a remix of Janis Joplin's track "Move Over". It seemed to take me an age to finish.

As always, any comments people from people kind enough to listen are gratefully received!

Wow - thanks man. This is one of the first remix tracks I've done so your words mean a lot. I'd really appreciate any votes you can send my way - and anyone else you think might like it!

(And apologies for the shameless self-promotion!)

very cool approach! Mine sounds totally conventional compared to yours!

So I was a bit underwhelmed when I listened the first time. But I made a BIG mistake. I had the volume low. Just played it a couple more times. Much more to my liking now. In fact it's really impressive.

Nice genre-splicing 8)

your mix goes to show that the ranking doesnt neccesarily reflect the quality of the mix. Especially when you look at some of the entries that seem to be stuck in the top5. Its more about how many facebook friends you can motivate to click!
Yours should definetly be in the top10 at least.

That's really kind of you to say Dr Wu - thank you! Your own entry is bloody brilliant and deserves its placement at the top of the rankings.

After climbing out of my cave last month I finally started a Facebook page and enter the world of social networking but am completely lost with it all. I want to keep my music page separate from my social stuff, but I'm not sure how you get more people looking at your page. I've only ever done MySpace before where you add people to your friends but I can't see an equivalent of this. I know this is me being a numpty - can you help?

Hi everyone - just checking in again to ask for you to vote below for the remix I did of Janis Joplin's 'Move Over.' I tried to change the original quite radically, so let me know what you think.

my facebook page is a mess-i mix friends and fans-i dont have any time or patience to keep it separated.
i guess it only becomes a real prob when your number of friends gets close to 5000 and you need to make decisions.
anyways-for me its the best way to reach as many people as possible.

good luck with your entry!
