That sounds like the sunny morning in a 5-dimensional universe where quantum physics rule the world.TwoToneshuzz wrote:A new track using the wood bank.
12 instances.
plus the fancy lead setup described in the above post, but this time it's only Iris Lead sounds.
Pretty minimal effect usage mostly.
I'm quite enjoying exploring the wood bank. And this mashup of Wood sounds gives me a feel of how they meld when used together.
Sequenced in Numerology Pro.
I played back 8 of the tracks through Numerologies Sample instruments to free up CPU.
Works a Charm..

let's make a little game, i uploaded a loop of mine and mangled it in iris to learn ths plugin further. this is of course not for commercial stuff!
loop:
http://www.sendspace.com/file/sipojn
and here is a 5-10 minute work:
http://www16.zippyshare.com/v/37117255/file.html
as you can hear when i added more instances (6 only iris!) and working with specific note settings the song gets out of rhythm. all instancess are made with RADIUS RT, for this kind of thing time stretch is crucial so all parts are synced and in rhythm

I'm so into discovering things about the Wood library sounds that I'll have to pass on the challenge until the weekend..Caine123 wrote:let's make a little game, i uploaded a loop of mine and mangled it in iris to learn ths plugin further. this is of course not for commercial stuff!

A total destruction soundtrack using the Iris Wood sound library. Plus some Uhbik G processing on what could of been a lead sound but got decimated.
14 instances of Iris, Vector mixed.
Sequenced in Numerology. No animals or trees were harmed in the making of this track. Though the sounds may have some history of pain and destruction before I got a hold of them.

Less hairraising use of the Iris Wood Library. I worked on using some of the grooves. Interesting to put together something like this.
There's about 12 instances of Wood sounds, plus a couple of lead sounds and Experimental sounds.

I'd also like the ability to export the spectral data as an image so I can mess around with it in photoshop and re-import it into iris.
I hope there are plans for it.

No, you can only save wavs within the patch using the Export function in the Browser - to export your spectralized results you have to render/bounce.optofonik wrote:Can I save "patches" as .wav files?
