I've found it in a lot of commercial stuff, I am producing that kind of music. I've tried going to the patches of my synths but no luck, so I'm suspecting it is in a sound sample library.

This sweep it's also used a lot by Dr Luke, it sticks out pretty well without messing a lot with space.

One of the reasons is because it sounds like two similar sweeps panned hard left and right to not screw with the phantom center image. Being that it's Dr. Luke, I'm wondering if it might have been something he synthesized himself instead of a straight sample...
