New synth just out for iPhone/iPod Touch and iPad. This looks interesting as it has fourteen synth engines including Vector synthesis, Wave sequencing and FM

A blast from the past, now on iPad. Has just a butt load of IAPs, $4.99 to start, but $50 with all the extras. Can't tell if has virtual MIDI or other features we've come to expect...

Where is the demo videos or soundcloud? Why does one have to buy $50 worth of synthesis engines vs just picking the ones they want? It doesn't mention virtual midi so I doubt it has it. Also, there isn't even a website to see more info or contact the developer. That usually doesn't sit we'll with me.

You don't have to buy everything, just the ones you want. Check out the screenshots at the App Store....

Glad to know... The synthesis add-on looks cool, especially vector and wav sequencing... Anyone have any audio samples of how it sounds? Is it worth it? Anything that it compares to, sound wise? Also, I found the Facebook page, so there is some info...

Last I checked, only one review at the App Store, and it did not look encouraging.

This was really unexpected. Unity was my first sampler--I got it when it first came out, and started down the path of software rather than hardware. I supported the company (and cause for software sampling) probably more than any other non-company-employed/non-third party developer individual. I ran the unofficial-"official" forum (mine was the only forum they had--since they didn't officially have one), and tried to promote the company wherever possible--then poof! They were gone with no word at all.
Yes, this is new app is very unexpected. I don't see any actual "sampling" capability--just playback and synthesis (a LOT of types though). I don't see audobus. It is a 1.00 release though, so I'll watch to see what happens with it with interest.

C/R, dongles & other intrusive copy protection equals less-control & more-hassle for consumers. Company gone-can’t authorize. Limit to # of auths. Instability-ie PACE. Forced internet auths. THE HONEST ARE HASSLED, NOT THE PIRATES.
