Ok, ok... as so many people wrote us and asked for note editing tools to use on note selections, such as transpose, spread velocity, randomize velocity, double/halve tempo, reverse note pattern etc. we just built them in! Then we added another 1-2 handy surprises to this whole editing topic and it all will be available in version 1.0!

In all do seriousness Live 9 has been released and the ball is in Bitwigs hand ... From Facebook .
Bitwig William Huang: Good question! Bitwig comes with Plugin Delay Compensation. And what most people want to know: Yes, it also compensates the plugin delays for the automation as well as for the VST-timing.

Facts are meaningless, you can use facts to prove anything that's even remotely true

But ...
I mean history repeats itself, we have to keep the following secret : BitWig has Ableton's financial and technical support.
We can sleep well. This new DAW has a bright future !
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AtariIn 1973, Atari secretly spawned a "competitor" called Kee Games, headed by Nolan's next door neighbor Joe Keenan, to circumvent pinball distributors' insistence on exclusive distribution deals; both Atari and Kee could market (virtually) the same game to different distributors, with each getting an "exclusive" deal. Though Kee's relationship to Atari was discovered in 1974, Joe Keenan did such a good job managing the subsidiary that he was promoted to president of Atari that same year.

Some more infos (ideas ...) :
Push has been build with Nektar (the new controller company).
Push will work with Bitwig and it won't be some hazard.
Nektar is closely related to Ableton, and devoted to making hardware controllers.
Finally they have been working hard all these years at the Ableton mothership.
Our money has NOT been wasted in cars and other leasures but re-invested to make good products.

If BW is Live 10 , I can't believe ableton designers allowed Live GUI to be ported as ugly as that.
