I just received a response today from Cakewalk Support (US) in response to a registration problem.

L. Wicklund Product Support -Cakewalk, Inc.
http://www.cakewalk.com | http://www.cakewalk.com/support

Original request was made through

http://www.cakewalk.com/support/contact/default.aspx

Took a few days but I am satisfied. :)

Yeah, that's their usual form of broken. Email response for me has been three to five days at their quickest.
And not always satisfying...
