After dozens of loops were mangled, effects twisted beyond their limits, about 2 weeks of work, somewhere near a 12-pack of beer and 1/2 a bottle of Russian vodka (over two weeks, not all at once!) I present:
KORRUPTION

Where to begin? The "Decay and corruption" clip is me. Loops from Sony, BlueZone, Beta Monkey, Les Productions Zvon, SoundDogs, Beatport.. effects from Voxengo, Camel Audio, Audio Damage, Tone2, Nomad Factory, ValhallaDSP, Sony.. way too many different FX to list 'em all.
Definitely one of my nastier tracks! :-0

I can hear the vodka!!!
Man, thick, but it makes sense.
Its sounds like an epic soundtrack track from a like banned-in-the-usa type of movie.
Its constantly moving. I like it.
Its interesting to me that a lot of elements are mixed pretty far back with reverb, etc, but the track itself feels very upfront and immersive. I guess Ive heard that in some kinds of music before and it works really well with this.
Pretty cool that those samples are you...
I usually have to go hunting down 50s sci fi or exploitation flicks for that kind of doom.

More verb than I'm used to, but it works. Cool track indeed.
Now I'm off to eat some flesh!

I try to put a lot of things "buried deep" so that the effect is almost subliminal.. an old trick a guy who wrote movie soundtracks taught me.
I appreciate the feedback!

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, I did go a bit overboard on Eos and Mangleverb...mr.me wrote:More verb than I'm used to, but it works. Cool track indeed.

This is great. Love the growling bass and the synth that sounds like someone screaming... Wild manic beats and rabid electricity abounds...
Trembling with horror indeed!
