One of my older tracks I decided to renew.
It's made with ComputerMuzys and then optimized in MuLab
with Vintagewarmer2.
Synths: CM101 - JX220
Drums: Various samples processed. Some with the awesome
CM Ohmygod
Looking forward to hear what you think

Nice electrochill. Diggin' the sounds you're making with those freebies. Parts of it sound a little like robotic birdsong, other parts are very dub-like. I enjoyed the mellow atmosphere.
Good work

I have been wondering, and more or less, decided to try and make
more minimal mellow tracks - at least for a while.
I am working on a current set and when that is finished I will start
on a set with the focus on "less is more".
Cheers

I liked the track. The one drum sample I really liked is a jazz drum type sample I hear coming through. For me it was the one I wanted to be more at the forefront. How did you renew this track? By that I mean what was it sounding like before?

The renewal was the sound of it, and not the composition/arrangement.Johnni Lightning wrote:I liked the track. The one drum sample I really liked is a jazz drum type sample I hear coming through. When I made it some years ago, I didn't know much about EQ and such.
Since then I have learned to clean up the bottom, and group things
together.
So it sounded the same, just more uneven and muddy.
Thanks for your comments and listening.
