I don't listen to much Hip-Hop, but this was nice. Cool rap, which had a solid message, and the instrumentation was great. I loved the e-piano, synth and bassline particularly. It made for a nice chilled sound. I found the snare sound a little "abrasive", maybe give it some variation by rolling off some of the HF and accentuating the lower frequencies.
Good work

Solid hip hop with good instrumentation and lyrics.
Perhaps the rap could be a little louder and the snare lower (as Seismic sugggests).

Dig the Rhodes. I also really liked the rhythm of the rap. Rap dealt with some heavy topics. Agree with others that toning down the snare would be good. Perhaps just a little lowpass
