Sylenth1 is asking for a 16 digit serial code, but I don't have one!
On how many computers can I install Sylenth1?The new v3.0 version uses a serial number rather than a license file for easier activation. However, you can still use your good old license.dat file to activate the new version. Just drag and drop it to the activation window!
You can also find the activation code in your license email. You can get it here:
http://www.lennardigital.com/support/requestlicense.php
How do I activate an offline computer?Sylenth1 can be activated and used on 2 computers at the same time. When you want to activate a new computer, just deactivate Sylenth1 on the old computer, via MENU -> Deactivate.
In case you need to use Sylenth1 on more than 2 machines simultaneously, you can purchase additional machine activations for €49 EURO per machine. Please contact us for more information.
Are there any other skins than the default? We've now added an offline activation option in Sylenth1 v3.026. Please make sure to download and install the latest version, then follow these instructions:

Do I need a bitbridge to run Sylenth1?The new Sylenth1 v3.0 version comes by default with 5 different skins. These can be changed on the fly.
How do I fix crashing when running Sylenth1 in FL Studio 12?Sylenth1 v3.0 is available in 32 and 64bit for both Windows and OSX, so you do NOT need a bitbridge like 32Lives or jBridge anymore!
I sold my computer but I forgot to deactivate Sylenth1. Now I can't activate it on my new computer. Can you deactivate it for me?This problem is caused by mixing up 32 and 64bit versions of Sylenth1 and FL Studio. First check if you are using the 32 or 64bit version of FL Studio. Then make sure to install ONLY that same bitversion of Sylenth1, never both! There should be only 1 Sylenth1.dll on your computer. If there are more, then you should uninstall or delete them first.
Install ONLY the 32bit version of Sylenth1 if you're using the 32bit version of FL Studio.
OR
Install ONLY the 64bit version of Sylenth1 if you're using the 64bit version of FL Studio.
Then follow these steps to rescan the plugins properly in FL Studio 12:
1. Open 'Options > File Settings'.
2. Select 'Plugin Manager' and select the following options:
'Rescan previously verified plugins'
'Rescan plugins with errors'
'Verify plugins'
3. Start scan.

Sylenth1 keeps changing to another preset when I play my track! How is this possible? If you lost access to your computer, you can still deactivate it online via your account page:
https://www.lennardigital.com/sylenth1/user/login.php
You can do this only a limited amount of times, so make sure to use it only when absolutely necessary!
Sylenth1 responds to MIDI Program Change and Bank Select messages, which are used to switch the preset to a certain number. Most MIDI keyboards/controllers can send these messages so you can easily change presets directly from your controller, without touching your computer keyboard.
These messages can also be recorded in a MIDI track. When you import or record a MIDI track that contains a Program Change message, Sylenth1 will switch the preset whenever it reads the message. So just make sure to remove the Program Change or Bank Select messages from the MIDI clip if you don't want it to change!
Check your host software's user manual on how to remove or edit Program Change and Bank Select messages in a MIDI clip. If you're using Ableton Live, make sure the Pgm, Bank and Sub fields in your MIDI clip are all set to None.
