An easy to use stutter-effect.
Select REC/ARM and after any of the four buttons on the right is pressed, 10 seconds of incoming audio are recorded and the audio is looped immediately from the start point according to the length selection above the buttons.
STOP bypasses the effect, playing the original audio input, but recorded material is kept and can be played again with the four buttons (until REC/ARM is used again for another portion).
Controllable by MIDI CC and notes C-A.

Just 4 boaring audio loops playing, the drum track is send thru the effect plugin which is triggered by MIDI notes.

Looks nice and simple, yet effective. What would really take this to another level are selectors for triplet and dotted note values, and a swing knob. Regardless, I like the look and simplicity of this plugin - sometimes the other glitch plugins are overkill when you just want a simple stutter/repeat effect.

The values on top of the buttons are not fixed, they can be choosen from a list from 2/1 to 1/32 incl. dotted and triplet.cryophonik wrote:Looks nice and simple, yet effective. Values can also be changed while sound is running. All controls have note and/or MIDI CC control, so this one is good for live effects, and because the buttons are triggered by notes, the actions can also be easy recorded and edited in a sequencer.
Swing is not possible because it's an audio recorder/player that does not change speed or pitch, just the length of the playback of recorded material.

That's good to know. Really looking forward to this one.WOK wrote:The values on top of the buttons are not fixed, they can be choosen from a list from 2/1 to 1/32 incl. dotted and triplet.cryophonik wrote:Looks nice and simple, yet effective. Audio-Demo 2:
https://soundcloud.com/wok-music/mreptr ... in-demo1-1
Letting the loop run and "playing" the plugin via MIDI keyboard. Then rendered.
Current problem with the plugin is, that the GUI window has to stay open on the screen for it to work - don't know why. And it's too hot now to search for this error. Maybe I'll release it completely free and you have to live with that....
