Hi guys,

I'm trying to come up with a good solution to open up Logic X with a ready to go set of plug ins that don't form part of a template, kinda like an automap solution without using automap. I'm well aware that there are a multitude of variables to consider here but surely this is workable in 2014..... Basically what I mean is that you open a synth and controls are already assigned, not assigned as you produce your music.

For example open up es2/massive/kontakt and cut off and res + envelope are already mapped

The only way I can see this working each time I open an instance of the above plugs is by sending CC from my controller permantly that is mapped to each plug in?

What do you think?

I haven't used your host, but I'd say you're looking at-either using that host (Logic X) to create a mapping, which I think you said you don't want to do? Or get a CC remapper, load that before a synth. Or change the CC mapping on your hardware controller, I guess.

Midi controller controls synth when opened....
