Had crashes on load as well in "ieframe.dll". Disabling the steinberg hub in preferences cured it.
It's official now:

I'm still standing by for Novation support to offer up something. I've been through three rounds of answering questions that I've already provided up front, and the support guy still doesn't seem to get that Automap won't see my 61SL. I contacted Sweetwater support (they have an actual phone number to talk to a person live in the U.S.). They weren't able to help, but they were sharp and on the ball. They are going to lean on Novation for me and see if they can get some ideas from them. Oh well. At least I can configure a profile and still play music with it, other than having to use a workaround to get Cubase to load (it freezes looking for automap). I do have all of the automap features unchecked in midi preferences, so I don't know why cubase is still looking for them at startup??
