How to create such piano?

This is just once with examples.
I want to create realistic piano, not standard.
Maybe in this case piano was record on "real piano" but in which vst or sampler like Kontakt I can get the ... "natural out of the tune" piano sound.
I often using Alicia Keys library for Kontakt and Truepianos, and both sounds are similar but a little bit different timbre.
Truepianos for me is more "like from toy" , Alicia Keys is good but not in all cases
Maybe I must just find good library? or may experiment with effects?
Which Library's or Vst You recommended for me?
