Since installing the latest update I cannot seem to load any user waves. For example, the AKWF single cycles formatted for SM now just load as a flat line....anyone else encounter this?

I had some issues loading any waveforms, for vector osc.
Randomly some waves appeared as flat it was 1st and 3rd first time, then
2nd and 4th second time, really weird stuff.

on second look it's actually even worse, half the single cycle waveforms show up flat with no sound

Same here , however after having rerun the V2.6.20 installer everything is back to normal including the Galbanum waveforms imported earlier.

Did a little research, may have identified part of the issue. I looked at factory waves vs user ones in Audacity, and found the factory ones are 32-bit float files, at least some of the ones I've tried are 24-bit PCM. Would that explain the problem?

No it doesn't. SynthMaster can read

8, 16, 24 bit WAV/AIFF files
32 bit WAV files

I tested the waveforms you emailed me they showed up just fine on my system.

I'd recommend deleting the temp folders at:

Mac: /users/shared/synthmastertemp
Windows: Public Documents/SynthMasterTemp

This worked for me, tnx.
Maybe clear cache should be included in the installing process.

But another issue still remains(additonal user waves are not appearing under synthmaster),
when i add additional user waves or remove some.

Probably i need to clear cache every time I update user waves.
