hmmm...
i dont really have "favorite" demo videos. for me thats like asking what my favorite textbooks from school are. either it teaches me something or it doesnt.
i like demo videos that actually demonstrate the product. i have a huge pet peeve when it comes to "demo" videos where its just some schnook droning on and on about the tech specs, showing me every single section and parameter, but never actually playing the damned thing.
if im watching a demo video and the guy talks for more than 90 seconds without letting me hear the thing hes talking about...i stop watching. often i dont even make the 90 seconds.
shut up and play it! you can tell me all about it after i decide it sounds good enough for me to still be interested.

Not a plug in, but data line does the best elektron demos. Because of him I'll be buying an analog four soon.
