I'm posting here since it may not be noticed in the other forum sections, on behalf of an audio software company that needs to hire a professional user manual writer. I believe that someone who is closely familiar with this specific field, and specifically from this forum, would be better. Please reply in a private message.

I remember that a couple of years ago a regular forum user mentioned that that was his job, but I can't remember who it was. I would likely prefer him. If you have an idea who I mean, or if you are him, please contact me.

Andy aka ZenPunkHippy did part of the Alchemy manual if I'm not mistaken, and that seems to read quite well.

"Oooh I dont know. Sounds a bit scary"
"It's not scary. You just lose a sense of who you are and all that sh!t"

Edit: anyone else who has a professional background in manual writing and editing, and proof-reading, etc., feel free to contact, still open for options.

English only? :)

If you can't find the person you are looking for, I might be interested. I do a considerable amount of technical documentation for my IT job (probably 20-40% of my job consists of writing documentation), and I am no stranger to synth architectures.

If you need a German manual, too, I would be in... An English manual should be written (or at least been proof-read) from someone with English as mother tongue, though.

Been working as translator specialist for few years now. I know how the user-friendly documentation should look like... and how it should not.
