Purely just for fun here. If you could pick the perfect developer team to work together to create the ultimate plugin, who would you choose? You could pick anyone ever, alive or dead.
My choice for the main team would be:
Urs (u-he)
Ben (CamelAudio)
Randy (MadronaLabs)
Backed up with:
Sean (Valhalla) - Effects
PureAV (Serum) - GUI
Tim Conrardy - Head of Presets
How well they'd hypothetically work together, who knows? Still, i think their skills complement each other.

If Posford did a FabFilter plugin I would make a noise nobody has ever heard before.
"I was wondering if you'd like to try Magic Mushrooms"
"Oooh I dont know. Sounds a bit scary"
"It's not scary. You just lose a sense of who you are and all that sh!t"

For me it would be...
HG Fortune (For synth design, God rest his soul)
Alan R Pearlman (For the business end)
Edgar Froese (for patch design)

Tesla's innovation could oversee the project design and offer CPU optimisationJace-BeOS wrote:Nikola Tesla

Sagan could probably do a good spectral engine
Lovecraft could make some decent presets
Think you might still be missing something though, how about:
James Clerk Maxwell in for wavetable and additive synthesis
Ludwig Boltzmann could probably do a decent reverb.
And I'll suggest bringing DaVinci in for the GUI.
How's that sounding now?

i'd go entirely with chinese generals. zhang liang for dsp and headstash, yang ye for pr, zhang fei for gui and qi jiguang for repulsion of the japanese raiders.
you come and go, you come and go. amitabha neither a follower nor a leader be tagore "where roads are made i lose my way" where there is certainty, consideration is absent.

I have never understood why people were so enamored of TC's presets. Most of them were pretty mediocre, some of them actively bad (with messed-up panning and/or modulation). And half of them were named "galaxy" while thre rest were Tolkien references.mutantdog wrote: Tim Conrardy - Head of Presets
He was a nice guy but I was never a fan.
