Hi. I'm lookin for vst to load other vst (instruments) and separate these vst instruments by midi sections (for example: sql8 for section C0-C1, synth1 for section C2-C3 ) each vst instrument should have own output channel settings in this plugin. Piano roll should mark notes by preset or plugin name. Lookin for this kind of vst (free) or commercial - most important is ability to setting this piano roll areas and output for SPECIFIC loaded vst plugins. THX for any help.

I like this idea but am sure there is nothing like this out there.
High Quality Soundsets for Lush-101 | Hive | Electra 2 | Diversion | Halion | Largo | Rapid | Dune II | Thorn | and more.

I know plugin which can particulary do what i introduce at 1st post but this plugin only separate instruments by midi channels 1-12 not specified midi note areas. I mean - "Chainer" but chainer not separating vst's by midi sections and i'm not sure each vst have separate output channel with this.
Precise more - I'm using Reaper. In Reaper are plugin chains. I want to separate this plugins in chain the same as i can separate plugins in layers in FL STUDIO for example where i can just draw piano roll area for each instrument on layer so i can limit this plugins for specified midi area AND still i can separate each plugin into another mixer channel.
Maybe i should looking for exact java script for this in reaper ?

There was, Native Instruments Kore 2. You can load plugins and effects into different channels, each can be assigned to different sections of the midi keyboard (splits) and each instrument can have its own piano roll sequencer or arp if you want.Tjgoa wrote:I like this idea but am sure there is nothing like this out there.

Nope it's a plugin and host (with a dedicated hardware controller but it can run without that).X-Tech wrote:Sounds exactly like VST which i lookin for but its hardware stuff.

Hey so i checked Kore 2 and this is only machine for select settings for builded in plugins not for outer plugins. I cant input there for example synth1 or Crystal as one of synths. So this is not what i lookin for.
Think which i looking for i can describe like that - http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k95/B ... Groups.png
VST which can load multiple vst plugins (instruments) and set midi section (keys for example (CO-C2) for first plugin (c3-c4) for next plugin and thats go on.

If your incoming MIDI keyboard can generate separate MIDI channels according to keyboard zones, then BlueCat's PatchWork can have each loaded plugin instrument receive on its own MIDI channel (if that's any help )
I did get a life,once...but it was faulty, so I sent it back.

I don't know where you checked but that is not correct, it loads VST and AU plugins. The only problem is it's no longer being sold (except second hand). Not sure what else can do what you ask that is out now except maybe Cantabile?X-Tech wrote:Hey so i checked Kore 2 and this is only machine for select settings for builded in plugins not for outer plugins. You might find the pizmidi collection useful (they mainly load as vst Instruments, and their outputs feed the instrument(s) of your choice (presumably, on another MIDI track of your DAW)..

energyXT has a (free) VST plugin version.
I use it in my live host occasionally when I need chained MIDI FX...

And to expand on that: You could use Image-Line's MiniHost, or DDMF MetaPlugin to set up your instruments - MIDI filter plugins, and anything else. Then save it all as a preset.
MiniHost is free...

Metaplugin costs $49

and here are some more (free) MIDI plugins...

It's either that or hope that Apple release Logic's environment as a separate plugin for Windoze.

Easily doable with an Ableton rack,
totally doable with a modular host like Ext and some midi plugs from Piz, for example
Usine could do this natively, the older version comes in Vst format which you get when you buy the current version
