I've been really into chord and arpeggio tools lately. Sundog (looking forward to v2), Cthulhu, J74 Progressive are great tools I've been using for inspiration. On a side note: I want to like Sugarbytes Thesys but having trouble gelling with it for some reason.

My new favorite is b-step. I was prepared to be underwhelmed by another 16-step sequencer, but holy mother of god :-o . This thing is a step/chord sequencer on steroids. It makes me scared :o and overjoyed  at the same time.

Am I really this jaded that I can actually be this taken by a sequencer? Anyone else used this?

Why do you like it so much?
What do you mean by 'on steroids?''

No, but I have finally, after a long long time found what I consider to be the ultimate step sequencer for live suite / max4live

If you're really into step-sequencing, you may try Modulys.
