It seams for me that ShortCircuit sampler no longer is working on win8, so I'm looking for something similar?

What do you need for? Just curious. I was also looking for a sampler for drums and tried many but found that the best solution for me was already in the DAW (Reasamplomatic5000 in Reaper) I just had to get used to it. I have since swithed to Bitwig which has a great solution for drums. I will sell my copy of Geist soon let me know if you are interested, it is great but don't use it.

Directwave is quite neat and it allows program changes.
