Would be great if it had more morphing options and a resizable gui, plus the preset management is weak at the moment.

Nothing spectacular, that will come with Vertigo 4.0. The goal for Vertigo 3.5 is adding better VST compatibility, Linux support, better preset handling and enhanced effects and filters.
