nice groove, i would consider panning some sounds out of center.

This is actually a problem for me. I do pan but I usually only pan 25-35%ish either side. I know I should pan some things harder but it just it feels wrong to my ear. I've been mixing on Sennheiser HD 598 headphones (I know, I know) since I don't have any monitors at the moment.
