Sylenth1: Erase default midi mapping? Midi un-learn?

In my live performance setup I am running Ableton with Sylenth1 as well as a midi capable DJ mixer. I am using the midi learn to map some functions to the DJ mixer, but by default the mixer gives off midi signals which seem to be mapped to functions in Sylenth1 already (master volume controls cut-off or distortion level or something, the crossfader controls which page is open in Sylenth1).

I would like to know if I can delete the default mappings that Sylenth1 receives, or un-learn specific midi controls so that only my chosen knobs/buttons will control Sylenth1, and nothing else. Thanks!
