But any comparisons are subjective - so who the f**k should care if it's accurate, it can't be accurate 'coz this is subjective. Bullshit! They have tools to measure if it's accurate or not. Human perception is irrelevant in this game.

So who has got it right and who has got it wrong - do you have the tools and skill to measure it?
Chill dude. It's not a project I care to spend time on. If you would like to take endless samples of the real deal then go ahead. When do you get enough samples to say that it's objective. It's music, use your ears and play..which is where I'll be :hyper:

Interesting think tank currently.
It's plugin alliance, it will go at -70% eventually.

thing i don't like about Guitar Plugins is that if u play through them u get latency which throws off your timing

guitar to soundcard's a to D then to DAW then to D to A..and then u hear it

just a difference of 2 ms makes it hard to play with precision

Best option is to have a mixer that gives u a direct monitoring
no Analogue to Digital and Digital to analog Conversion to your Monitors or headphones.

split the signal in two

1 with a distortion pedal

another that doesnt have a pedal and is sent to the soundcard
If your plugin is a Synth-edit/synth-maker creation, Say So.
If not Make a Mac version of your Plugins Please.
