Symphobi vs Orchestral Essentials

If I get Symphobia 1-3, would it cover all the stuff from Orchestral Essentials library? Or, they complement each other differently?

Mostly. But there are a few things from their other libraries, like some drum patches from True Strike and a couple brass patches from the Orchestral Brass product. There is also a piano in both OE1 and OE2.
