Pattern/Clip vs Global velocity effect

At the moment Nora supports a velocity randomization effect. I'm thinking into transform it to pattern effects instead, with another proper layout. What do you think about it?

Global advantage (as it is now): Faster setup, therefore more enjoyable working with Nora.
Per pattern/clip advantage: You can have some clips with the effect enabled and using different amount, doing the effect more useful.
