Sync -> Filter 2 in split mode problem

Consider the following scenario:

Layer 2 bypassed.
Layer 1:
Oscillator 1, Pulse wave 50%, Oscillator volume 0%
Oscillator 2, Pulse wave 50%, Oscillator volume 100%, Sync on
Oscillator 2 coarse tune modulated by ADSR Env #2, multiplied 100%.
ADSR #2: A: 12 msec, D: 4.3 sec, S: 0%, R: 29 msec
Filters in split mode. All filters off

Play a note, you get a great sync sound from osc 2.

Turn on Filter #2, Analog LP Cutoff 100%, Res 0%

Play a note, just a soft pop at the beginning.

Change filter #2 setting to Digital LP. 12db or 24db is the same result

Play a note. An unexpected and undesirable steady pitch sounds.

This does not happen in parallel or series mode.

I hope you fix this with your filter updates in 2.8.
