Can't get Synthmaster license to work

I can't get Synthmaster to load the license in Logic. I have tried what I have read online except moving the individual files. Where do I find the individual files? The installer doesn't have them, what am I missing?
New powerbook running 10.11.3
keeping say need to update license file?
