Do I have to deauthorize Sylenth on the old OS, before I install them on a new OS (same computer, formatted drive)? If yes, how do I do that?

If you're using Sylenth1 v3.0 then click MENU -> Deactivate in Sylenth1.
If you're using v2.x, simply uninstall it and download and install the latest version of Sylenth1 from the links in your license email
