Importing Audio Files

I'm running into a problem with MuLab 7. In previous versions, you could click on the + sign under your racks along the side of the screen and select "Add Audio Track," which would then give you the option to insert an audio file. Now it doesn't do that, it just brings up a record button. So how do I insert an existing audio file in this new version?

Option 1: Drag-drop the audio file from your system into MuLab's composer.
Option 2: Drag-drop the audio file from MuLab's project browser into the composer.
Option 3: MuLab Project menu -> Import audio file.
Option 4: Draw new part on relevant track -> Audio file -> choose file.
