Just got an email today from "Channel Robot", announcing "Slice 4 for Kontakt".
Never heard of them. Not cool.

They could be part of a network you are signed up with. I hate getting unsolicited emails too, but I have found many times that in joining some group or entering some contest it automatically allows affiliates and sponsors to hit my email.

Yep, someone must have passed on my email address (maybe it was in the very small, small print somewhere). That's a recipe for two companies to lose a customer,
