Add a Control Input button

Everytime I need to open Control Input, I have to go "Menu -> Preset Settings -> Control Input",
and since I don't use at all the Opacity button, I'll like create a skin where I replace it with one button that when I click on it, open "Control Input". It that possible? if so, what it the code for do that? I would use an existing bmp for it or create a new one for the button.

Any help is welcome!
