I'm still pretty comatose from US Thanksgiving yesterday, but it's never a bad time to think about next month's contest. I'm thinking of doing a free-for all unless December is really screaming out to anyone for a different topic?

You're right, maybe the theme should be free = FUN, and can be anything you think is fun for ex playing synth, guitar etc just having fun.

i'm already having fun, almost too much fun.

Not sure I will have time in December. Basically I will have one evening to come up with whatever.

Given how rubbish 2016 has been in terms of celebrity deaths, something happy (with or without festive bells) might be nice.

I was planning to use as many dev challenge entries as possible, but in a burst of creativity I suddenly almost had a finished track with nothing but my usual go-to plugins. Still time to do a dev challenge remix, I guess.

Hopefully I get one track out of all the experiments with the new stuff - some cool plugs are worth being discovered.

That is a cunning plan. I might even try a different DAW. Slight problem, is I probably can't start working on anything until next week. We shall see, even if it a 30 second thing?

It's called Holiday season....

I have the same problem, here... every night I'm trying to sneak into my basement 'studio' for an hour or so....
...but this is a very slow process
