It's a typical 80s drums. You need to apply gigantic reverb onto toms and snare, gate them and then apply more reverb on them.
But you don't even have to do that, you can use white noise sample in convolution reverb and gate it, then apply reverb.
I use FL Studio's Convolver because you can set volume envelope and gate reverb in a much easier way because when gating in a typical way things may fall apart in snare or tom fills, like this:
White noise sample gated inside convolution reverb.
Gating the white noise like that or gigantic reverb is the most crucial part because THAT'S WHAT makes drums to sound big and powerful, it's NOT just slapping reverb onto drums, the difference is huge.
So, after gating you can apply some EQ and it's a good idea to slap some compression on that too and then add more reverb. After that even the most stupid snare will sound like it's getting hit by a huge hammer.
