There's already a good starting point in Monark, in the classics folder.
It's called Thilla.

Thanks, I am also sufficiently content with it so that I don't feel I need to buy a dedicated Minimoog emulation. Of course I can't emulate the specific filter envelope buildup behavior of the Minimoog, but so be it...
