Hi,

I have a Kontakt Version of Bassym F that I want to update to UVI as I want to get rid of my Challenge/Response Plugins.

How do I prove to you, that I really own this? I can't remember when an where I bought this originally...

I just tried to register at your site and got the notice that I already have an account there and when I logged in I found already the UVI downluads. What is the difference between the ED and the EDC

To get the serial I have to buy the UVI upgrade for 20 EUR ?

you should use their website for support. they usually get back to you pretty quickly (source: just asked something a week ago, got my reply within 24 hours)

it is, but if you are waiting more than a few days for a response, it's usually a good idea to drop the developer an email (which in case of AcousticSamples is done through the website). things happen.
