Aplogies for that, it wasn't my intention. The other thread is a year old and I thought I had posted it in another forum. Anyway, there are some more suggestions there, so for future readers of this thread, this link may be helpful as well: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=468117Musical Gym wrote:two threads for same subject? why?

Hi, thanks. I thought this was only for a specific issue a couple of years ago. Or can I pick up any issue of CM and get these things?shidostrife wrote:I almost forgot. There's also MharmonizerCM and Vielklang CM if you buy computer music. Haven't tried Mharmonizer, but vielklang seems pretty nice. Interestingly, it loads as VST instrument instead of effect.

Most (if not all) of the CM plugins released up to the date that you register a particular issue of Computer Music will be available in the Vault section for you to download

Stillwell's CMX does the micropitch thickness trick just fine.
I mostly use Manipulator for crazy shit and harmonies. There's a detune and stereo effect in that one but doesn't do it for me on vocals.

These plug-ins may be overkill for creating pitch-shifted harmonies from multiple copies of the same vocal track...
Until it goes on sale again, this one is quite pricey: Zynaptiq PitchMap
Also a bit pricey: Celemony Melodyne
On sale now: Waves Tune
On sale: SONiVOX Vocalizer Pro

Thank you! Re Vocalizer I guess MUnison would be a better buy, according to viewtopic.php?f=6&t=386293&start=15
Though I like the idea of feeding an audio track with MIDI, just what I want.
Just waiting for the 50 % deal on MUnison!
