1 VST spires or RE spires?keel wrote:People gonna be disappointed on the performance. Performance is poor and 9.5 is not ready for public, imho. Someone actually started topic about this in beta forums, but yeah. Performance is poor. About like this, Reason 9.5 can handle ~20 spires while S1 will handle over 40. Prop's should delay the release...
2 S1 as of the update? or S1 as of a few weeks ago?
3 Delay the release of a point update to completely rewrite the core application?

It's a little over 3 hours from 5/29 in Sweden. Get ready for all those people hitting the "Check for new versions of Reason" button...
Feel free to call me Brian.

An interesting development I wasn't expecting is the sale of VST plug-ins in the Prop Shop. I'll be curious to know how the download/registration process is handled. If they can implement it as seamlessly as Rack Extensions, then a lot of Reason users will be pleased. VSTs from devs like Waves, U-He, Xfer, Output, Synapse and iZotope are already up with more being added every few minutes.

For anyone who might be wondering, 9.5 has been released for download. I have Reason Essentials, and the update is a 75 MB download.
Good luck!
