Video is really intruiging, but the demo was not. I felt the effect on material didnt do anything that amazing. Maybe because my initial expectation this product suppose to be some sort of sound mangler like Illformed glitch 1/2, Sugarbytes Turnado, Vengeance Glitch ect.

In the 5 years or so I've been dabbling (as an amateur) with audio software, I think this is the most impressed/amazed/excited I've ever been with the first hour of experimentation with a new tool.

I've just been feeding a plain saw wave into it followed by a delay and it feels like I've already created half a Biosphere album (I wish...). Every single control seems to be able to lead it to a new place, and each place has plenty of potential to creatively vary without falling out of the sweet spot, or accidentally overshooting and losing the vibe you were trying to work on.

Massive bravo to Michael & co, I own UA's other plugins and I've been following your work on Reaktor and quite frankly it's great to be a musician at a time when people like you are contributing to the set of tools available to us.

This is a badass plugin, bought, downloaded and it immediately made sense how to use.

Me too but I still don't seem to be getting them regularly - got one because I asked support about them but that's it.

What's confusing is the voucher codes are in the monthly sale emails PA sends to you, but if they're saved in PA account I can't find 'em (maybe they are but I found mine by searching my Gmail).

Bought I didn't bother with the demo. I like how some of the presets the sound and GUI remind me of my old Amstrad CPC464. Those drum presets so funky!. Only used it for 5 mins and I need to go to sleep

I'd recommend people to try the presets on different kinds of material since some may work well on drums and some will do a very different thing on melodic material and even on the master track. That's certainly the case with the presets I did. Playing with freeze and speed on an entire mix sounds so cool! Also it's good to stop and start your DAW when swiching presets since the modulation timings may be shifted.

Your system specs are better than mine! I'm jealous.

Yes, it works in FLStudio. Our primary issue with FLStudio was the default setting for multi-channel plugins. It would auto-sum all output channels, causing G8 to not have any effect on the audio unless the "Reject Outputs" were muted. Our beta testers haven't reported any issues specific to FLStudio. If you download the demo, let me know if you run into any FL performance issues.

It works for me on Windows. We haven't had any reports on Windows failures. You'll need to have a reasonably up-to-date firmware version (I vaguely remember it being 1.2.0... it went live around late-March/early-April). To update the firmware on the Block, I think you still need access to a Mac or iOS device.

Roli Dashboard is up to date my light block firmware is 0.3.0 I updated it around 4 days ago it wouldn't connect before I did the update I can map the light pad to anything in Ableton. it says no Lightpad in all the Unfilterd Audio plugins.

Didn't expect SpecOps to be that effective and good for ambient & soundscape stuff. Though at first it would be more like an experimental glitchy oriented tool, but man this thing with the right settings and a bit of experimentation can really transform sounds into very bizarre, icy soundscapes & drones. Put a big lush reverb at the end of this thing and boom there you go, strange and very unique digital ambient oriented sounds.

Anybody else having troubles activating it thru the internet? It says "Access denied". I can though log in with the same credentials on the webpage.
