LASS 2 Foot pedal stuck sustaining midi notes. Have to hit pedal again to make the note not sustain

I only have to do this for one VLN Full Leg Sustain N-V patch fro some reason. The note keeps sustaining even though the pedal isn't physically stuck at the time, but it acts as it is for only this one patch. Is there a setting inside the UI that I'm missing or forgetting causing this? Thanks in advanced
