Hello,

We have updated discoDSP Bliss, Corona, Discovery, Discovery Pro and Vertigo Windows installers.

What's new:

• All URLs are HTTPS now.
• Dialog to confirm installation folder for 32 and 64 VST2 plugins.
• 64-bit VST2 plugin is now correctly placed.
• 64-bit and 32-bit installer.
• Removed VC 2010 redistributable (Discovery Pro and Vertigo are recompiled to work properly without it).

Here's what archive.org tells us:

May 5, 2017 was the first time they indexed the page "Temporarily Closed".
Nov 7, 2017 was the last time they indexed that page. No indexings since then... so IF they have checked the page since then, they haven't seen any page changes at all hence no new "saved indexings"...

So the return was probably now in March in relation to when I received this newsletter.

I hope George is okay. I wish he would just communicate and tell people what is going on! I would be a lot more understanding if he says "I have developed a chronic illness, I can't do this anymore..." than "Temporarily Closed [for half a year]".

Perhaps he has suffered programmer's burnout and burnout from all the support-questions 24/7 for year after year? Programming is very exhausting and draining. I know that fact very well personally... And dealing with users/customers is also extremely draining, especially since many are (to be honest) both idiots *and* rude.

Which makes programming even more draining...

It's impressive that he's had a 1-man programming studio/company for so long...

I am still holding out hope for Discovery Pro 7, the "promised free upgrade for all v6 customers".........

But as someone who has also been very sick, I totally understand him if he's too sick with something to carry on... Still, I dream of the day Discovery Pro v7 is out. I like this synth!

That's a lot of detective work. You could have just visited this forum where he has been very active the last few months.

He's been 'back with us' since December, though he mentions (quite rightly) in the thread that he'd rather keep what happened as being private - viewtopic.php?f=276&t=496371

Thanks for letting me know. I just saw this dead thread and assumed people had stopped talking about him. I am glad he's okay again and that he seems to have resumed his software development, "Be patient" hehe!

Really? Last time I tried, I had to use all of them separately.

Too lazy to pm: Maybe classic user account with username and password, from there you could see all your licenses and upgrade offers etc?

Similar to for example D16 user account.

Why not, but then keeping also the current black skin. Because with my protanomaly (visual deficit in the red) I would become totally unable to keep on using one of my three favorite synths ever if there was only this red skin.
