Your Chrome skin looks very, very promising, I like what I've seen a lot.
The only reason I've not purchased any skin so far is that none fits the color scheme I'm looking for at the moment. My perfect color palette for a 2017-2018 skin would be... dark grey and orange... so...

But I really love your Dark Venger blue and gold and can't wait to see your Chrome skin !

Godly, wouldn't it be a good idea to make a new skin thread instead?

I feel like this thread has derailed very much now and that's coming from one who love skins and have made my own for many VST and DAWs! I appreciate your hard work but I come here to read about new updates and ideas

+1 The skins may be nice (although they are not my cup of tea) but since one has to create an account on the offical Vengeance forum to even read topics about updates and support, this thread seems to be the only source of information and meanwhile it's hard getting news, tips and support in here.

I also think it's not a good sign if the only interesting thing about a synth obviously seems to be its skinning support.

While the whole skin thing is boring to me, I don’t think this sentence is a fair summary. A few pages back we had feverish excitement over the upcoming new FM-as-a-modulator (p389). It’s just the sheer volume of skin posts makes it kinda hard to see the wood for the trees at the moment. As perhaps your comment demonstrates.

So how’s this for a crazy idea - a new Venegnce skins thread.

Hmm... open question, if Godly is unwilling to move elsewhere, anyone else up for a Vengence Development (no skin chat) thread?

Would only be worth doing if there was a large call for it and if Manuel was cool with it too. I wish Godly no ill - some of those skins look lovely, but it's just got out of hand here. They deserve their own place for those into it, imo.

You obviously don't want to go to your own 'skin' thread cos the traffic to you would diminsh by a lot I suspect.
Man, even you're signature is loud...why is most of it in RED!

Maybe people would not be so annoyed if you muted everything a little and didn't spam the thread with every "new" skin you're churning out.

I think it's an interesting topic to discuss. A skin is very important to a plugin.
I learned allot from the dark red discussion with Enochlight last page.
Would you buy a perfect sounding plugin with a death ugly skin? Don't think so.
And that's why companies invest in a good gui. Vps understood this by the way. Check their other products also. None ugly.
Let the community decide what to use.
Soundwise it doesn't matter but people use more than their ears when creating.
Ask Roland or other big Synth company. Looks are very important. That's why they hype allot of things.
Please mature the discussion guys.
