Does anyone know the source of the synth vox at 22 seconds in this song?

On a more general note, does anybody have experience with virtual instruments from that era, 2000-2002, particularly for Mac? I know that Native Instruments' Absynth, FM7 and Reaktor were all developed around that time, as well as a couple of EMagic (now Logic's) synths, but were there any other really popular commercial virtual synths that came out around that time?
