Reason is a toy though, when you compare it to other daws. It's a fun toy but if you want to get into some serious music production such as for scoring music with a couple of hundred tracks...forget it. It's VST capabilities are severely hampered with it's technical limitations but the biggest issue for most it's GUI scaling.spaceman wrote:

I used Reason for the best part of 13 years, with every version right up to R7.01 and have a bunch of RE's which I hoped would extend it's life. Unfortunately the core Daw itself, took a nose dive into the oblivion as did propellerheads. I was eager to jump ship from it and had no regrets when I did.
