I might dispute the touch of vintage, but it definitely is fat sounding compared to Spire and Avenger. There is a reason it is still a top 10 synth on many people's lists.chk071 wrote:Yeah, was the first thing which came to my mind as well. Definitely a "VA with a touch of vintage".db3 wrote:Sylenth1 perhaps.

Yep. And if the price seems steep, remember it is like having a bunch of synths in one. If you like Tyrrell, you will love Diva.dangayle wrote:I mean, literally the paid version of TyrellN6 is Diva. You absolutely, 100% cannot go wrong with it.

Maybe Xils-lab Oxium. With the mask sequencers you can quickly create some wild patches. Pristine VA engines also, fot more classic patches.

You already have various quality plugins, what are you still missing?

Curious what the problems are with these, as it's otherwise very difficult to suggest something.hollyWorse wrote:What didn't fit:
- Spire
- Avenger
- Serum
Serum supports program change though it's some work to set up (since it doesn't normally use banks and preset numbers, you have to assign them). And it can certainly sound analog between the wavetables and chaos modulators.
VPS Avenger doesn't have program change, so is that the only dealbreaker?

Tyrell N6 path points to Diva for sure.
