I already have the klc collection for windows. I love kronos but it's not in my budget (neither is microstation)
What are my alternatives?

Hmm, Falcon is the closest i can think of. I thought Falcon was hellish to program compared to Kronos.
Kronos is a beast and it's hard for me to compare it to any software because it's a self contained unit. That's the joy of using it (for me.)
