Hi,
has anybody been able to run the PPG plugins on macOS High Sierra?
When installing I already had to unlock security exceptions because the packages are apparently not signed. Ok, did this.
But then I tried to start the plugins with Bitwig and GigPerformer, they failed to load in both.
Tried with Infinite Pro, Phonem and WaveGenerator. All three work without problems on Windows 10.
As particularly Infinite Pro is a quite new release - can it be that all of those are incompatible with current macOS versions? Or is this just a problem on my side?
Edit: Just thought it might be a 32 bit plugin vs 64 bit host problem. But then I remembered that Bitwig has an integrated bit bridge and thus shouldn't have problems with either variant.
Here the error messages from Bitwig:
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/PPG/Infinite.vst
com.bitwig.flt.library.metadata.reader.exception.CouldNotReadMetadataException: could not read metadata: Could not read VST plug-in metadata
64 bit plugin host reported errors: Pluginhost returned non zero exit code 255

Thanks to the PPG support the issue could be solved.
For people also running into this issue: You have to give read+write rights for everyone to the folder /Library/Application Support/PPG and reinstall the plugins. Now it works as expected
