Hello,
When saving a preset, the preset is always saved with the name "Preset 1". The second too, and replace the first, etc...
I bought the plugin last week, and it's a pretty big mistake.
Please help.

Manually delete all User presets in the folder
c: \ Users \ All Users \ Kirnu \ Cream \ presets \ User \
solved the problem and now they are saved as they should.
Anyway, this is a bug that happens immediately after the new installation of the plugin.
I hope this helps someone solve it.
